A Little Story About Our Journey

With 23 years of culinary expertise, Chef Baldev is a renowned figure in the world of gastronomy. His journey began in 2004 in the Middle East, working alongside many celebrity chefs in their prestigious restaurants, refining his skills as a head chef.

Chef Baldev then moved to New Zealand, where he opened and successfully ran multiple restaurants. He joined Cassia, where he spent 7 years serving locals and prominent figures, including Jacinda Ardern, Erica Stanford, the New Zealand Rugby and Cricket teams, as well as celebrities like Jason Momoa and Joseph Parker.

    Recently, we visited there with family.first of all the ambience of restaurants was very charming which switched your mood off to on. We had entree smokey paneer kulcha, pani puri, lamb chops, cheese chilly, veg noodles, veg manchurian, fish tikka, tandoori mushroom etc. All of things were awesome, which met to us real indian taste. Our tummy was full but mind was demanding more. Honestly, i never had these kind of lamb chops in Auckland and sauce was amazing with lamb chops. Money worth with this kind of food. Service was amazing. Definitely will come back and try their remaining menu because they proved and deserving. We were happy when we left place that night. Kudos to CHEF!!!! Thanks to host us with amazing food. Service was amazing.
